There’s a couple of ways to look at Thanksgiving. The more basic among us will say it’s all about the great food. The high-minded will say it’s all about sharing with family and friends. Feeling strongly both ways, I like to be thankful for both! In that spirit I’d like to share with you a great pie recipe I learned from a friend of mine down in Houston. Take a look and try it!
