White Woodland Masterpiece Nativity

I create at least one new Nativity design each year. It’s a subject I love for my art, a theme I never get tired of, telling the story at the heart of Christmas. They’re all special to me, I seem to put a little extra into all my Nativities. It’s a subject I believe draws out the best in me, both as an artist and a Christian. That said I think this year’s Nativity is some of my best work yet. The shapes and the scale are striking and to my mind dramatic. And I find the subtle color very expressive, an understated palate that somehow makes the design more accessible and meaningful. This one has a special place in my home this season, more or less front and center as you can see. For more take a look at the video.
